Commercial timelines depend on the space, but most office and retail fit-outs are completed in 2-4 days, while larger warehouse or industrial jobs can run 1-2 weeks depending on square metreage and the number of coats required. Because most work happens evenings, weekends or after hours, day-to-day trading or office operations are rarely affected — we build the schedule around your business, not the other way around.

For office and retail spaces we use premium Dulux and Taubmans paints, including washable and low-odour formulations suited to occupied buildings. For warehouses and industrial sites we use anti-graffiti coatings, epoxy floor systems and high-build paints built for heavy wear, all compliant with WHS requirements. Strata and body corporate jobs are quoted with the specific product and finish requirements your committee has approved.

Your free quote includes an on-site inspection, a fixed price covering prep, materials and labour, and — where needed — insurance certificates and compliance documentation for your records. There's no hourly billing and no obligation to proceed.

Price is driven mainly by square metreage and surface condition, the number of coats needed for full coverage, whether work needs to happen outside standard hours (which affects scheduling but not our rates), and any specialist requirements such as anti-graffiti coatings, epoxy flooring or strata-specific compliance paperwork. For ongoing maintenance contracts, we can also set up priority scheduling and volume pricing for facilities managers and asset owners managing multiple sites.
