4. Bookings and Scheduling
A booking is confirmed once you accept a quote and agree on a start date. We will make every reasonable effort to complete work on time. Delays caused by weather, access issues, or factors outside our control will be communicated promptly.
5. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in your individual quote. We do not accept payment for work that has not been completed to your satisfaction. Any disputes regarding payment must be raised promptly at the time of job completion.
6. Liability
Affordable Painters Sydney holds full public liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage. While every care is taken on site, we are not liable for pre-existing property defects, damage caused by conditions outside our control, or losses arising from delays beyond our reasonable control.
7. Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. If you are not satisfied with the quality of work, please contact us within 7 days of job completion and we will return to rectify any genuine defect at no additional cost. This warranty does not cover damage caused by third parties, weather events, or normal wear and tear.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
– Providing clear access to the work area on agreed dates
– Removing or protecting valuables and fragile items
– Ensuring pets and children are kept away from the work area for safety
– Disclosing any known hazards (e.g., asbestos, lead paint) prior to commencement
